1. Why is sound or the lack of sound so important to a scene in a film?

Sound allows for the mood of the scene to be set, but without the sound, it gives the scene some sort of mysterious depth.


2. Explain why it was or was not difficult to come up with sound ideas for a story that would not have visuals for the audience to see.

It isn't that difficult to come up with sound ideas for a story that would not have visuals for the audience to see when the sound gives away what the theme is.


3. Explain whether you believe or do not believe that your group was able to create a sound story that the audience would be able to understand by just listening to the sounds that were chosen.

I believe that it was easy to understand what the sound story was based on the scream, thuds, and different little sounds to understand that it was a murder.

  My name is Rachel Robinson. I make edits on TikTok, draw, paint, and play the keyboard. I enjoy watching anime ( My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, One Punch Man, Saiki K, Black Butler, Attack On Titan, The Promise Neverland ). I mostly make edits of Daki, Nezuko, and Mitsuri from Demon Slayer due to how easy and fun it is to make a video with them. I tend to draw art from different shows and games that give more explanation for the lore and hidden stuff that is hard to understand, hence the reason for my name for this blog.  The reason I am in this course is beyond me, as I do not remember picking this class, but I was put in it since my final grade in all my classes were fairly good. If I did pick this class, I can see why I did considering the fact I get to use my creativity. As for what I hope to learn, I hope to truly to understand how camera shots and angles work.
